An enthusiastic and self-motivated individual is required to take on the role of Loyalty Manager within a driven and passionate Marketing team. This role is a rare opportunity spanning across multiple industries including Gaming, Hospitality, fitness, leisure and entertainment and is with one of the country’s most iconic venues.

Our business

The RHR Group incorporates the recently launched Made By The Hill, Rooty Hill RSL, One55 Health & Fitness, a 4.5 star Novotel Hotel, Sydney Gymnastics & Aquatics Gymnastics, AMF Bowling and is commencing construction on a ‘state of the art’ 2,000 seat Performing Arts Centre. Each business has its own unique identity and specialists and we are proud to work together as ONE team.

The role

Reporting directly to the Loyalty Manager this role is responsible for supporting the Loyalty Program, Marketing and Entertainment strategic plan through the implementation of marketing/promotional/ member activity and the coordination of administrative tasks.

Requirements

 

  • Manage and Implement Membership Programs such as loyalty incentives, Gaming promotions and other membership based activities.
  • Oversee contractor management including direction of prizes, deliveries, set up, theming and promoting special promotional activities
  • Ordering and purchasing or relevant prizes for all member engagement programs
  • Coordinating loyalty events together with the Loyalty Manager.
  • Support other departments around loyalty activity
  • Coordinate all weekly communications, campaigns, offers, and promotions
  • Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with developing and implementing loyalty social strategy to drive customer engagement

Ideal candidate

 

  • Proven Loyalty program experience preferably in a gaming environment
  • Professional, Loyalty Marketing enthusiast, with the energy to thrive in a results driven business
  • Team player with a flexible 'can do' / 'will do' attitude to get the job done
  • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative with minimum direction
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to deal with stakeholders on all levels
  • Understanding of basic marketing concepts and processes and basic business practices
  • Tertiary qualifications in Loyalty, Marketing, Promotions or related field (preferred)
  • Sound knowledge of IGT (preferred)
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card
  • Responsible Conduct of Gaming Competency Card
