We are seeking dynamic Sales Consultants to join our One55 sales team!


One55 Fitness offers the largest fitness facilities in Western Sydney. With personal trainers, weights & equipment, a dedicated 25 metre pool, steam room, private fitness studios and crèche, One55 is a state-of-the-art Western Sydney Gym. Our services are designed to boost health and fitness and keep you motivated.




We are currently looking for the sales expertise of an enthusiastic, results driven individual with demonstrated experience in closing sales and a passion for the health and fitness industry. Your ability to connect with people to introduce them to the recreational experience is vital to your success.


The Sales Consultant is responsible for conducting acquisition and retention sales activities that ultimately grow the One55 membership base. Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Proactively generate new leads through referrals and use of existing memberships to source new revenue opportunities
  • Ensure member retention through effective reduction of cancellation requests
  • Achieve daily contact per required targets and appointment setting per required targets
  • Overseeing day to day operation of the gym
  • Liaising with members
  • Database administration
  • Involvement in local area marketing

The ultimate goal is to manage member journey from initial point of contact through to final fitness consultation!


Ongoing training and support will be provided. Shifts will vary throughout the week as our trading hours are quite flexible.



  • At least 1-2 years’ experience working with customers or sales
  • Previous experience meeting sales KPI's and Targets
  • A passion for sales
  • Ability to be productive with your time and achieve your best
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Proactive and on-task
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • High level written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Current First Aid Certificate (desirable)
  • Must be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident
