Relief Food & Beverage Coordinator - OPEN TO INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY

We have an exciting opportunity for a member of our team to become a Relief Food and Beverage Coordinator


In this position you will work as both Food and Beverage Attendant and a Relief Food and Beverage Coordinator, relieving the current Food and Beverage Coordinators and covering sick leave, annual leave etc. You will be a valued part of the Leadership Team and when working as a Team Leader you will primarily coordinate the Food and Beverage staff. This position will allow you to plan, organise, schedule and allocate tasks and activities to the Food and Beverage team on a daily basis.  You will also monitor and evaluate team service levels and performance and are a key point of escalation for high level customer enquiries.


To be considered for the role you will demonstrate the following:


  • Experience in our Food & Beverage Department 
  • Experience in a fast paced and high volume restaurant
  • Strong customer focus
  • Passion for leading a diverse team
  • Hold a current RSA Competency Card
  • Experience as a Food and Beverage Team Leader, Coordinator, Head Waiter or equivalent OR have shown exceptional ability as a Food and Beverage Attendant
  • Able to create an enthusiastic and efficient environment for staff and customers
  • Be a trusted and respected member of your team, going above and beyond.
  • Availability to work across a 7 day week including days, afternoons, nights, and very late nights including weekends and public holidays
  • Minimum 6 months service within the business
  • Good work history (on the job conduct, attendance and punctuality)
